Welcome the new decade with a year long serial workshop that allows you to make connections (that's what yoga is ALL about), be comfortable with your journey through the year, and move and breathe with others.
Each time we meet we will explore our year of 2020. We will talk about our topic of focus for the next twelve weeks and explore how that topic can translate in a real way into our lives. Then we leave and live those lives the best we can and share what we learned when we meet again the next time.
Five Sundays we will come together and share our year. We will talk about all of our moments, 525,600 of them in a year, and breathe, move, and be still together and we support each other in our journeys.
